No, probably not (well, maybe if you ship the USA.. unsure... you would need
to ask a lawyer that question), but your not going to be able to continue
getting routers going forward that you can 1. easily flash 2. are at all
flashable. Right now you'll just find it becoming more difficult to flash the
routers. Later when companies start implementing "hardware"-based signature
checks it'll be impossible (probably).
