GNOME is the desktop environment Trisquel uses. So, from a visual standpoint,  
it's everywhere. GNOME is a huge collection of programs that form a cohesive  
environment (including such programs as: Nautilus, File-roller, Evolution,  
gedit, GNOME Terminal, GNOME Calculator, and many others), not just one  
program.

So basically, when I say it's a GNOME setting, that means it's quite generic.
