Yeah. Ubuntu's repositories are segregated the same way Debian's are;  
proprietary programs are put in the "restricted" and "multiverse"  
repositories. So I just disabled those repositories after installing. The  
kernel isn't deblobbed, but none of my hardware uses proprietary firmware, so  
that doesn't affect me in practice (i.e. that proprietary firmware never gets  
executed).
