Software not respecting the essential freedoms of the users is bad, whatever  
the processor executing it.  Trisquel should not distribute it.  Trisquel  
cannot do anything for the firmware already in the hardware.  If it is not  
free software, it is evil as well.

And, no, using packages from the Debian main repository would not be easier:  
there are the same recommendations for proprietary software, the Mozilla  
add-on site, etc.
