There's no single submission point, but https://libreboot.org/amd-libre/  
lists 6 different AMD "accounts". Visit whichever ones you have an account  
for (or would be willing to get one) and post your thoughts. If nothing else,  
you should be able to use the e-mail address to make the point (it's the CEOs  
as well!).
