Actually, the Norwegian unemployment rate is similar to that of the US:

low prison rates, that might have to do with the Norwegian prison system,  
which attempts to rehabilitate rather than punish. Still, I don't see what  
these things, along with diversity/homogeneity and defense, have to do with  
the Internet!
