I don't dare discuss it because people have expressed their dissatisfaction  
with my discussing legal issues on these forums. But suffice it to say that  
it's a complex topic and has not been fully solved

Well that's usually who i get understand more about the legal side of things,  
thanks for your efforts Jxself, can't satisfy everyone can you ? where else  
can you discuss such matters in the first place other than here ! or the GNU  
mailing lists & GNU social.
