How can people not running Trisquel say they receive no updates of Trisquel

Any fresh install of Trisquel 7 has updates, if you aren't getting updates
then something is wrong..
the best way is to open a terminal and update your system
$ sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
If you want more recent software you can install and try the latest Trisquel
8 Betaversion.
