Thanks for your replies. I may not have stated it clearly, but part of the
problem is that my peers and supervisors only use adobe (and word, of
course). The other part is my lack of knowledge (hence my request).
I send them a pdf-file, and they use some version of adobe to add comments,
make corrections and suggest changes.
When I open the now annotated pdf with Okular, I can see each annotation, one
at a time, but I can not 'do anything' with it. I can not accept or reject
corrections and suggestions and I can not print the document with all the
annotations to inspect.
Adfeno, your approach might work, but I do not have the necessary skills and
knowledge to - I actually hardly understand it.
