Dude intel """"""only"""""" gained 56 bilions of dollars last year, it's  
obviously not enough for them...
Seriously fuck intel and amd, they don't realize that they can build cpu  
without backdoors and  other shit and still make BILLIONS of dollars.
The problem is that most of the  people don't really care about their privacy  
and they have no idea at all of how a computer works, so for a big part of  
the people on earth this isn't really a problem, i think we need to spread  
our ideas but the problem is that trisquel fsf and libreboot don 't earn  
money without donations and they can't compete vs intel microsoft and apple,  
they can't  really reach most of the "public".
Another problem are non free distro, personaly when i  first used  GNU/LINUX  
ubuntu  was my choice i thought that i was using only free software but in  
reality this wasn't true, and this is a problem, many people make confusion  
betweeen open source and free software and they don't know the difference at  
all.
Also i think non free distros like ubuntu mint etc shouldn't allow  
proprietary drivers or proprietary programs and prefer free or at least open  
source software, GNU/linux is the different choice right?  then why include  
proprietary software in it? I think is a really bad thing and kill the idea  
of the project.
Non free hardware is another problem but we have thinkpads at least.
I have big hopes for EOMA68 maybe that can change things.
