Consider also that we should do the same as the second one with ghacks's user.js... And also test how each individual setting affects the Panopticlick score, so that we can come up with a user.js which (hopefully) provides best privacy.
This can take sooooo much time. The about:config is a real jungle. It needs special lengthy education to learn how to tune your browser properly. Additionally I found that some values are not copied from user.js to prefs.js (and according to the docs they should be):
