I have personally tested these cards to have 5GHz

AR5BXB92        this is listed by lspci as atheros AR928X
                it has 2.4GHz and 5GHz
AR5B22          this has 2.4 and 5GHz
                lspci listed as: Qualcomm Atheros AR9462 Wireless Network  
Adapter (rev 01)
