From this output it looks like apt is looking for both xenial and flidas 
versions of the wine repo. This is progress, as now you have access to the 
correct wine repo, but it would be nice to get rid of these warnings. Can you 
copy/paste the entire contents of /etc/apt/sources.list for me?

Try

$ sudo apt install wine-stable

If that tells you about another dependency, install that one too. Do this a few 
times.

How did you install T8? Did you upgrade from T7 or did you install from a T8 
ISO? If the latter, what was the date of the ISO? I find it strange that 
packages are broken for you that are not broken for me when were are using the 
same version of the same distro.
