My touch-pad works after resuming from suspend from RAM (sleep), but my  
touch-pad doesn't respond after resuming from suspend to disk (hibernation).  
The output of the `uname -r' command is `4.4.0-173-generic'. The `sudo apt  
update && sudo apt full-upgrade' command doesn't update the kernel. There are  
other distributions, which has more up to date kernel and packages, for  
example Manjaro, Arch and Parabola. These have the 5.4 kernel.
