"Also, I have searched a web camera, I ordered one which was listed on h-node (Logicool). But I could not receive it for some reason and it was returned to Amazon (no additional cost for me). After a while, I tried to buy it again. I found that the price of all and only Logicool's web cameras were increased to almost double or triple. That might be an instance which you say."

I wanted to buy specialized shoes to walk outdoors (forest, mud, high grass). I found the shoes in web store, they were 12,000 ₽ but with special offer only today for 4,599₽. I ordered shoes, they send me a confirmation SMS and a call where I confirmed the delivery. Next day the order was cancelled for no reason and the shoes now cost 18,000₽. Looks familiar?

"Some Serbian tutors said that they are constantly getting pop-up tailored ads on desktop, not in a browser, on desktop, while their machines are activated, from boot up to shut down. Can you believe that? I wonder if it is a normal common thing for Windows users."

Windows 10 Home has ads in start menu, pop-ups, windows Store starts on its own and offer you free Mimecraft game that you just uninstalled (because it comes with factory install when you buy Windows PC). Back in the 2018 I uninstalled the stupid game at first Windows 10 boot, and the Store starts to open up by itself and offer that "free" game and other crap. On Windows 10 Pro you have the ability to disable ads if you go to group policy and disable "Cloud Content". Also disable Windows Store from running in background.
