I dont think that adding an outbound email should add to address book.
Eg [email protected] would keep popping up
and also sending one off emails never to be repeated eg
[email protected]

The easiest approach imho, is that every time there is an address
there is a button that says
<Add to addressbook> or <Remove from addressbook> - simple as that.
