Hi,

The main advice is, treat it as an exercise, a 'training', and realize that
in the beginning you might not be able to notice every change.

And this is fine, just before you start your session and the exercises of a
level you run enough R.I. (this is your safety net). And 'No change' for you
means that you guess that you are doing the commands strictly 'ho hum',
there is not much going on. You will get better and better at determining
the 'No change' point, just do the exercises.

Sharp shooters are not born, they are trained, first they start by just
firing a gun and they are taught ways to hold the gun steady, how to predict
the wind and other conditions. But in the beginning of their training they
are just doing it and getting better and better at it, until in the end they
just aim ----- fire ---- bulls eye. But it takes a while to get there, so
give yourself some space and time to learn and all will be fine.

Keep Tromming

Jurgen
