Hi As you probably know you can always drop down to the level below, no problem there. I find there is a learning curve as I go along, I start to see what appears to be different sorts of charge, like painful incidents are different to embarrassing incidents, a loss of a person, a time period in the past which I long for, like nostalgia seems to be altogether different and surprisingly can contain quite a bit of charge.
