Very nicely said Leoncio
Hale Dwoskin frequently states in the "Sedona Method" that if you get stuck in doing any part of the Sedona Method, release on the stuck feeling and you will be able to carry on. I use this technique any time I get a case feeling that "I don't want to do this" or "It's too hard" on any subject like doing a dirty job or processing. I apply it to anything I need to do but do not feel like doing. Any apathy on accomplishing goals will fall away if you release or timebreak the emotion. Once the emotion is gone it is much easier to carry on. Trom still lives eh? Hi Mike I used advanced TM for 10 years, and got all wins as you said. Later I started with TROM, and saw the differences (in achievements) TM is a slow auto therapy. It vanish day to day stress, but not touch the biggest during the first ten years (my case) TM vanish popping stress only. TROM Level 3 vanish all popping stress (known charged scenes) TROM Level 4 and 5 dig unknown charged scenes, even the biggest If you are overwhelmed by learning TROM, think about this: 1. All your charged scenes are created by your reactive mind, including the overwhelming one. 2. This unconscious mind is not available to you (your conscious mind), but the reactive mind is still a thinking mind, and can see what you see, and can see what you decide. 3. If your reactive mind realizes (and probably does) that it will be killed by you using TROM, it defends itself and throws to your conscious mind an very unpleasant game feeling. This game feeling is saying (lying, of course) : "I can not learn TROM!" 4. Using sedona method (or any other one) clean the belief that you are "so overwhelmed by TROM". 5. Then you will learn TROM as any other tool. I never actually learned TROM. It seemed so overwhelming to me. But I would like to share what I have been doing for the past year and how it has affected my life. I learned how to meditate from a Zen Buddhist monk and it has made a world of difference in the way I act and react to people and my environment. I've always been a procrastinator but made up my mind that I was going to devote myself to the daily practice of meditating and its the best move I ever made. I've become calmer, more patient and find it easier to experience joy. Lots of intangible effects and results from the practice that cant be explained in words but let me tell you... those monks know exactly what they are doing! I dont know how many of you are familiar with "The Sedona method" but this has made a big impact in my life as well. I highly recommend checking it out. I'm still very open to learning TROM but would really like it if someone here in Los Angeles could give me some personal one on one training with it. Please let me know. Glad to see everyone again. Mike
