Hi John,
I said "I" had cognitions - not that you must. Also the second part
of RI is not there as a security measure.
RI is devalued if it is equated as a "havingness process" It is more
than a havingness process. I initially also only did the first part
of RI and on re-studying found the second part. "Have another ...."
Just keep on doing the drills as given and the rest will follow.
