I attempted this excersise solo a while back but the white comm line
from my foot to me shot out of the room and went out of this universe.
( no bullshit. )
Ron could not get this set of commands to produce results on everyone.
Its all about someones state of case and how much case one has.
Heres the deal.
You've made the decision to be " interior " it a stronger decision and
consideration than the consideration you have now to be exterior. The
consideration is more solid than the one to go exterior. Its the
weaker postulate trying to vanish or change the stronger postulate
that underlies your weaker postulate. Its trying to consider something
not important while still considering it important. It's must vs
mustn't . You'll need to find the goals and time break it out of
existence . Then there wont be any must vs mustn't conflicts.
You can do it ( be exterior ) if need be with a high level of
necessity. My son did it when he was hit by a car at five years old.
Its not the end all though . You still have just as much " mind "
exterior as being interior. It just seems incredible at first. But its
still a better "place" to be than socked into a meat ball.
Some won't go exterior for fear of doing a bunk. They don't want to
"die" or they think they'll die if they do . Or never get back in or
another spirit will take their body if they leave it . Like losing
your place in line at Starbucks. You see people kind of keep their
leg in line while the rest of their body leans out to look at the
coffee cake in the display case.
