It is the so called "time-track" we mock up in order to have sequential pictures which is the prime aberration. I realize that we need to store memories in sequence - otherwise each incident occurring would be the first. The moment we see the time-track for what it is we start resolving the mind. By giving credence to time and thus to space and the reality of the physical universe we limit ourselves as spiritual beings. We become incapable of altering this oh so solid reality. Even so called present time is not truly observed in the "Now" - it has already passed as we observe it. Belief in whiteness or light or SP's remain beliefs - through which we filter information. eg. Why should "whiteness" be better than blackness? Doing creative exercises of re-mocking up incidents to examine may be another way of doing RI but in fact do little to resolve the mind. For example one could spend a lifetime re-mocking up past identities and become bemused by one's past adventures. One needs to realize that those identities were postulate creations. Without some method of addressing the postulates and/or counter postulates, one made to create those identities just further solidifies the time track. The Scientology the "Contact assist" epitomizes "time breaking" - The injured body part is placed in contact with whatever part of the physical universe the injury occurred in and the sensation or pain is re felt and thereby as-issed.
