Hi - you requested an introduction and maybe it is good that you did. i learned
about trom from russian forums and now combine UCPractice and TROM.
I find online the description of the processing sessions of UCP but none of the
TROM session for level 4. Perhaps you know of any? i find it helpful to read
the transcripts... there is one for level 5 but of course i am nowhere close to
that level. i find the translation of the trom into russian to be quite
different from the original that i am reading now.
i have been playing compulsive games for too long and from what I gather i am
stucked in "must'n know" position and in self-victimization.
DS suggest helps of an experienced processor at certain stages so if anyone
feels like doing a process with me that would be great, too.
