Dear Colleen,
this time you speak out of my heart. Yesterday i started with Level 3 after 1 or 2 days of overrun with some bad impressions. i felt exhausted and sick. i paused for one day and asked myself "did i overrun?" -yes with scientology i didnt see the light. arc-straightwire....pfff....life repair....pfff...level 0...nice and quite fast...happyness rundown 1/2 of it... but every week the same. F/N after session and in the next days or minutes i went lowtone again. my auditor didnt have an idea what i could do to keep myself uptone. "do things that you like.." Last night i dreamed heavily with almost real visio. i went into a room that i´ve dreamed of before. and as i looked around i noticed some sort of pillow that wasnt there in the real room. and so i instantly knew that i was dreaming. so funny, i had to laugh half asleep. i got goosebumps when i read about you level 4 and 5 guys. more charge gone and cognitions that keep you excited for days. OMG. Since Level 3 my thinking is stronger again but thats no surprise. Yesterday some scenes came to my mind and each of them was telling me "take me...take me...timebreak this one..." as the tool is available... :-) Timebreaking the past events of the day is a wonderful idea. Last week i had the feeling of "oh my god...now its over..im going nuts...quick RI RI RI RI RI...come on" charge wanted to reach my head. RI saved me :-) Looking forward to tomorrow. I still cant believe that this stuff is really working for me but i follow the manual. kamikazeeee...
