Hi Josh
<My main question is in regards to the RI. What exactly does it mean by "Create something"? > Lets do an exercise now: Imagine a fish, Josh. Think about the size of your imagined fish. Think about the colors of your imagined fish. That imagined fish is not a real one, but just an image. Even so it may be very similar (or not) to another fish you saw in the past. Remembered or not your fish image is a "created thing". With RI you can create any thing. I prefer rocks and sand, others prefer cartoon heroes, or energy, or aquarium fishes, or anything else. It all about you. Use something that amuses you, if you prefer. And you do not need to mentally see that images. It enough to know that you had created them. Your can use your fish, if you want. Create thousands of them, and you will do RI exercise 100% correctly. The RI exercise will never harm you, even if "incorrectly done". <My second question deals with the mixing of TROM with other exercises. I am currently doing the exercises in Self Clearing by the Pilot. Does it hurt to mix the two? > I studied and did several exercises of Self Clearing by the Pilot, before learn about TROM. But I stopped when a started with TROM. In my point of view TROM is far more simple than Self Clearing. And have just two exercises: timebreak and RI. TROM is a whole cure process with start, middle and end. I do think that using both at same time will not harm you. But you have now two tools to do a betterment job. Self Clearing will improve various abilities of you (which were hidden from you by your reactive mind) pushing up against you reactive mind. TROM will remove your all of you reactive mind to improve all of your abilities (even those you never conceived you have). You can choose the best for you. Consider your goals, time and effort. But do not struggle! Just exercise, and keep it simple. Start & Keep tromming Leoncio
