You are asking about a very interesting scenario between myself and
The Church. It is a long story that spans several decades and was
the reason for my leaving The Church.
After attesting to Clear, then being told I was not Clear and then
attesting again to Clear, I was then C/S'd for L11. Seventeen years
later I was again told I was not Clear and then attested to Clear
again. I have been certified Clear with two DCSI's and one CCRD,
maybe two. I have tried several times to get onto L11 but have been
put off onto something else each time. I have always attested to
Clear each of the earlier times told that I was told I was not Clear,
not Clear was always thru a C/S adjudication, not a session. I have
never failed to attest to Clear each and every time I did the
attest. Needless to say I was very frustrated and left The Church
never to return again.
Now onto OT3. While on the Briefing Course, Class VI, I cognited
what OT3 was back in 88 while going down the stairs one day at ASHO
LA. Approximately 15yrs later after being denied my next C/S step,
L11 again and now being a fully trained Class VI auditor, I finally
picked up and read what OT3 was all about by finding it on the
internet. From my cognition back in 88 and my recall of that event I
knew what I read was in error. LRH did not get it fully and
completely nor correctly. He even states in his RJ 67 that OT3 was
"not particularly" his incident. Probably the reason he had to go to
the Canary Islands to contact the incident and thereby run it out.
Obviously it was not real to him nor could he run the OT3 case which
he didn't have and didn't have first hand experience with. That was
the beginning of his personal demise and his going off the rails. It
was also after he had failed to put together Tech to run out GPM's.
This is also the time frame where Scn Tech veered off and went into
the 'New', 'Improved', 'Corrected', 'Golden Era', 'New OT Levels',
etc. changes and has been going thru numerous updates and
'improvements' ever since. Obviously The Church has yet to get it
corrected and right.
So, I have no desire, never got a C/S for it and see no need to do OT
3. I have at times, myself, further looked into what OT 3 was all
about and obviously my participation in that incident. How else
would I be able to know and recall so much. Also in my std auditing
after Clear I inadvertently ran into the incident without identifying
it as OT 3. Throughout all of my auditing and studying after Clear,
I continually ran into OT 3 data without knowing it and I knew what
that data was all about from knowingness. And it wasn't until 88
that I realized that the data, knowingness and recall about incidents
on the Whole Track that I knew about was actually the OT 3 incident.
And to this date, I have never been the effect of knowing what the
incident is all about. There are parts of the incident that I have
recalled by just deciding to look at it and what I know about it that
I have not seen written up anywhere. I am also aware of how there is
philosophy about OT 3 that has been incorporated into all of the
upper OT Levels which to me is incorrect and actually puts and keeps
the OT 3 incident phenomena with the Thetan all throughout the OT
Levels above OT 3.
