Hi Marcus I do RI any time I need to sharpen my focus in the PT or destimulate an upset. I drink tea in the morning with breakfast but do not use it to stay awake during auditing.
I have progressed with the processing to were I see the games people are playing and roles they are trying to get me to play in their games or games I am playing with others and end the game playing. I help others who are having trouble in life's games to get back at cause as in a neighbor who needed cedar to make a fence so I helped him by cutting 12 logs into 600 board feet of 1x12 cedar boards to make the fence or in a conversation with a fellow saw he was bragging about an achievement he had accomplished and instead of telling him about something I had done just complemented him on his accomplishment. I am becoming an accomplished voluntary game player. I use RI to achieve a no game state.
