Hi David and Aarre I am glad that David pointed out this line in your email as I missed it the first time I read it. In fact Dennis stated that most of the mass of this universe and therefore the stars and planets are the by product of games play not the direct creation of objects by postulate. So mass like hydrogen was created in games play along with space and time to play the games. The mass acting according to the laws of physics in this universe collected to become stars where low mass atoms are fused to higher mass atoms. It took three generations of stars to produce the 98 chemical elements in the abundances found on Earth where the laws of physics allow life to create living things and geological forces to create mountains, seas an atmosphere etc.
