Not if that person was not saved on earth.  Why?  The Bible.  I said this a long time ago, but Mormons want to add to this verse.  I believe the Bible only on this verse.  "It is appointed unto man once to die and after this the judgment."
DAVEH:  The question becomes, 'how long after death is the judgment?'.  As I've explained before, the final judgment comes after the Lord returns.  Do you disagree?
It does not say, and after this... a chance if a Mormon has been baptized for you.  I take the Bible only.
DAVEH:  In the case of this passage, you are reading into it something that is not there.
I reject Mormonism.  It is enough that Jesus died, and that He died for me.  I need no other argument, I need no Joe Smith.  It is enough that Jesus died and that He died for me.
DAVEH:  Seems a shame that you want to keep him all for yourself, Brother Glenn.  Don't you suppose he died for others too!
DAVEH:  OK, I understand that.  Let me see if I can get the rest of it straight now.  To be saved merely means that one receive the Holy Ghost, according to you...correct?  Is it possible for an "unsaved person" to receive the HG in the post mortal life?  If not, why not?
