Perhaps, Chris, you don’t provide your references because you can’t stand to have your conclusions challenged? (FYI, David Miller has background in PhD science research. So sneer at that, if you wish.) If someone challenges your conclusion, wouldn’t it make more sense to argue the merits of your research, rather than making unloving attacks upon his character?
