yeh, but this could be any system's vision--including Mormon religion;
whereas the biblical Gospel exclusive to/by JCs followers proclaims Christ;
all of them willingly undertake his 'cross' and 'character'; salvation
is in Christ, alone--by faith in him

so, to try to enlist preachers to persuade people that they 'ought to stand
up for their faith' really has nothin' to do with the NT/JC; the police/politicians
seem to hate it; the Mormons seem to love it

e.g., Izzy is sincere/ly decisively political in her views of JC--the one who is kin to GWB
in her mind rather than to BC, of course--ftr, it don't matter to me, Iz:) but this
attitude is due (IMO) to the blinding influence of (unnecessary) pre-eminent political
choices on the (person's) theological 'vision'

but JC is not tainted, not a Republican, not a Liberal, not an earthly king, not a philosopher,
not a monk, not a pre-Latter Day saint, not Brown Shirt or member of the Clan, whatever

acc to the Bible (not the BoM, US Constitution, papal catechesis, Little Red Book,
Mein Kampf, etc.) the Lord is foremost a humble sacrificial Lamb who serves God as the
Shepherd of his chosen flock--read/preach his preaching on the nature of his shed blood and people can be saved/cleansed from their sin/s!

i think that's about all i know or really care about 'the truth' (in a nutshell<vbg>)
(and that two son's of mine are waiting patiently, so far<rof> for me to take 'em
to lunch or else...<x666!>
