NT preaching's fine, DavidM, like Billy Graham in his heyday..and BG (still!) does 'not lay down in passivity as Satan takes over our culture', does he?

so what are SPs preachin', e.g., due to the impact of obesity on SPF and the relationship betw obesity and NT 'gluttony'(?)--'eat all you wanna eat whenever, but don't be friends with a woman'?

and, are you saying this is the first 'wicked generation'?

when was our culture free of Satan?

why attach this kinda baggage to the NT? (K.I.S.S.--eh, Iz:)

they do? let's see what DaveH has to say about this--he's never given this impression, has he? but, if so, when and where was that?

[if he does think that Mormons think this, he has cleverly disguised the animosity required (or 'hate'), hasn't he?]

yep..and JC defined his lifestyle in terms of its focus, a certain 'narrowness'--i know it seems ridiculous, but i accept the challenge of concerning myself with his concerns, acknowledge my failure/s, repent

[DavidM:]
>this "nature of his shed blood" kind of preaching is clearly post New Testament

it is, e.g.: 'i never could learn to drink that wine and call it blood' (B.Dylan)..but isn't also clearly NT; when did the Church/es begin substituing grape juice for (JC's) 'wine'--is that in Luke/Acts?
