Dean writes: I smell something fishy here.The nearest city of any size to me is Asheville N.C.-Yet I was born in Sylva NC-when asked I say Sylva NC not Asheville NC.According to this type of thinking it would be ok to say my birth place was Asheville NC-but the only problem is I was not born in Asheville NC. The Passage above states born "AT Jerusalem" not in the correct usage as to say : In the area of Jerusalem. Some is being dishonest here-and are trying to covering up that dishonestly. Go to you local court house (or temple) and view the record of you birth. They are very specific and always been so. Jews were known for their accuracy of keeping this type of records. The correct towns were named-that is why one had to return to their birth town to pay taxes when Jesus was born. Luke 2:3 And all went to be taxes,every one to into his own city. They bible was very specific-Jesus was of the House of David which was of the city called Bethlehem.Not Jerusalem.
