In my opinion, Jesus inherited the genetic material of his Father in Heaven. Now
let me say that it is pure speculation as to the mechanics of the conception of Jesus,
but I firmly believe he is the literal Son of God. In this day and age of
genetics, I think it is more likely that the DNA was altered to be the same as (or
very similar to) his Father's......but that is a guess on my part. I just don't think
it is absolutely necessary for the Father's genetic material to be transferred only
by sperm. I hope that clarifies my thinking on this.
