To help me figure this out, please really explain to me the difference between the "spirit" and the "soul". I'm never really clear on that. :-) Izzy
Izzy, I am not real clear on that either, but it seems clear from scripture that God distinquishes between them. Soul is mentioned in many verses in the New Testament which distinguish it apart from spirit, and the following verses refer to saving or salvation of the soul: Heb 10:39; James 1:21; 1 Peter 1:9.
