I was raised on rabbit stew, my mother cooked it all the time and it was delicious. Australia at one time had a
big problem with rabbits, so much so that they had to introduce a disease to kill them off because they were
stripping the landscape.  My brother used to go out with ferrets and come home with rabbits strung all across
the front of his vehicle.  I had never tasted venison or squirrel when I came to the US but I knew the delights of
wabbit.  Could you build the cages in the house Terry or maybe air condition or workplace?  I hate to think of you
out in all that heat...

Right now, the demand exceeds the supply, as they are lower in cholesterol and fat than poultry, beef, or pork.
OK  I can't imagine eating rabbit as a normal protein source.  Do you benefit from the skins also?  Laura
