Nowhere in Scripture is the divorcee killed for divorcing.

It seems to me that "thou shalt not murder" is a hard line prohibition -- Paul was a murderer (if he was in charge of the circumstance that killed Stephen) . I am not sure hard line and unforgivable work against each other.
