JD responds:   Certainly, the observation above is an important one. And the question 
is valid as well.   But, the comparison is not Bush v Our first Presidential Lap Dance 
Leader --  rather it is Bush veses Kerry, of course.   And Kerry has no record for 
pro-life legislation.   In fact, he intends to refuse the appointment of any federal 
judge who believes in the pro-life position. He made that clear in the third debate.
