Fortunately my polling place is half a block from my house. Unfortunately it took me 2 hrs to vote today due to long lines, due mainly to incompetent planning by those in charge. Fortunately, I had the freedom TO vote. :-) I stood in line freezing and thinking about the voters in Afghanistan and Iraq who are very happy to vote, even if it means their lives are in danger for doing so.
