Apostasy would be one. A man who willfully violated the Sabbath by collecting sticks to build a fire is mentioned as an example of one in the Hebrew Scriptures. Judas Iscariot is an example.
Consider the context in which Jesus gave this teaching.
Mark 3:29-30
(29) But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:
(30) BECAUSE THEY SAID, HE HATH AN UNCLEAN SPIRIT.
