no no izzy, slade was point out Judas' patroitism, not the methods!  He had a very strong sense of patriotism, much like you. the difference is in the method of demonstrating of said patriotism. While I'm not political, and not very patriotic, you wear it on your sleeve for all to see! Good for you!  
Thanks for the other comments, it's a tough time of year for me. But I'm like a weeble, I might wobble, but I don't fall down! (I hope!)

Judas Iscariot's name sound very much like Judas haSicarii, which (if true) would indicate that Judas was a zealot of the worst kind. Under this assumption, Judas would have been (before his acceptance into Yeshua's traveling school) a terrorist who went through the crowds, slipping daggers into the sides of Romans and Roman sympathizers.

 

If true, Judas would have been a nationalist (like Izzy... only more rabid).
