Law of Moses is put to death without mercy on the word of two or three
witnesses.
That
puts your verse into perspective....if we go on sinning willfully...well, what
IS sin? We know what sin is from the Torah.

Forgiveness of sin is a done deal. We have been sanctified by the offering of the body of Christ, once and for all time (Heb. 10:10). Our sins are no longer remembered (Jere 31:34). Sounds simple enough to me. With these passages, it seems that we are saved and cannot be lost. But then we have Heb 10:26 "But if we go on sinning willfully, after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sin. " Wow and Yikes !!
