Yes it does. There are twelve entries for this particular passage you
reference here, and he does relate "flesh" to our mortal, physical body
which is my understanding of this passage (p. 86).
Hmmmmm. Maybe that's why I do not have his work in my library. It is not the "flesh" that is the issue in this passage so much as the use of the present tense. For the benefit of full disclosure, N.T. Wright agrees with your position.
