Perhaps perspective makes a difference. Does our Lord want us to have the
attitude that we need each other in order to obtain truth, or the attitude
that others need us? Love brings on the heart of the servant and leads us
to serve others, realizing that they need us to serve them, whereas the
attitude that we need each other can lead to dependency issues which breaks
out of what God is trying to work. I think a more healthy perspective is to
say that we need God, and once we have touched God, God has ordained that we
serve others, the strong supporting the weak.

Put another way, there is an importance in relationship and community that
God is after, but we must understand this in proper balance. To say that
truth is unobtainable without the voice of others is error.

Peace be with you.
