I don't have time right now to do all your homework for you.  When I taught 
introductory biology courses at the University of South Florida, I usually 
took some time to talk about Richard Lewontin's work with Drosophila (fruit 
fly).  This can give you a start.  Evolutionary processes like natural 
selection, genetic mutation, and genetic drift can be demonstrated in the 
laboratory.  If you need more help, let me know and I will try to give you 
some specific studies when I can make time.
