I hear what you are saying Perry .. but realistically can you perceive a time when all the despots and all evil is gone from the world before the Second Coming when Jesus rules and reigns?  The scriptures tell us that evil will increase as the end draws closer - In Daniel wrote that God's people would fall by the sword and by flame, by captivity and by spoil many days etc..
