Holy Moly !!! ...................... "that is where He
WAS" !!!!!?????? I have felt the presence of the Lord here on TT
in the distant past -- about the time my eyes opened to the fuller
gospel of grace. A number of specific posts have been written, one by
Debbie, another by Terry, Judy once or twice, Lance and Billy T. If
God dwells in the praises of His people -- He can and perhaps should
be present on this forum. Be sure that if your God has departed the
Holy Land, as you suggest below, that He has not moved on without you
!!!

Do you feel the presence of the Lord in TT?
What is this the Church of TT or something? I think you look in
the wrong place.
If I were to give you a FULL ALL EXPENSE paid trip to the Holy
Land to see where Jesus walked, most would jump on that.
Yet that is where He WAS.
Open the pages of the Bible that is where He IS!
Have you opened the pages today?
DAVEH:
As I explained to Judy this morning, I was using home life in rather
loose terms Terry. I somewhat regret speaking critically of my TT
friends, but I do have a unique perspective of TT that I thought was
being sought. My intention wasn't to kick either you or anybody
else. It's just my observations from my perspective.
But I am curious, Terry. Do you feel the presence of the Lord in
TT?

I suppose there is a zoo-like atmosphere here. And as an
outsider, it is certainly interesting to view the home life of real
Christians, so to speak. One thing I've realized is
that if I were ever to leave Mormonism, TT Christianity is the last
place I'd seek refuge. In a perverse way, it's a fun place to visit,
but not a place I'd want to make camp.

I am not certain that you are getting an accurate view of us on this
list, Dave, but if you are not seeing our home life, you are at least
seeing an area of our life that could stand much improvement. Your
comment remined me of an old saying that I recently re-read.
It goes, "You may be the only Bible someone will ever read." That
hit home this morning. I needed to see myself as others s ee me.
Thanks for a much needed kick.
