ftr, jt's comment examplifies one of several conceited American traditions--Fundamentalist-dispensationalism; neither tradition, below, reads the text/s of Scripture for what is said, only for what it is 'supposed' to say, as below; which means there is a typical or consistent controlling idea behind  their common interpretation

jt: I see you and Dylan are one in thought which BTW has nothing at all to do with anything I am saying. Neither
does fundamentalism or dispensationalism. You just can't seem to categorize apart from all the 'isms can you Gary?
Blatant stereotyping if ever I have seen it ...

the essence of jt's 'consistency'? it's philosophical: intentionally manage all real outcomes by categorizing behaviors as Good (acc to subjective criteria) or Evil (acc to subjective criteria)

jt: Such 'conceited' attempts to categorize when you have never understood what I have been saying on the surface
let alone in "essence" Gary, let's get real here.

the Bible per se has nothing to do with this approach to reality, e.g., Jesus already rules--the miraculous healing or 'restoration' in Acts 3:7 proves it acc to Peter's ensuing sermon as he employs or 'interprets' that event as the basis for the eschatological 'restoration of all things'

jt: Then you are saying that all of His (Jesus) enemies are under His feet right now, today?  I don't think so. Especially since the Church (His ambassadors) are so weak spiritually and so full of unbelief with not a whole lot of territory taken "in His Name". Working of miracles is one of the ministry gifts He gave to the Church.  Gifts which ppl like you do not
believe are for today - so we seldom see them in operation.  jt

I understand Acts 3:21 to be referring to the Kingdom of God in it's fullness, that is, when King Jesus rules and reigns from the New Jerusalem with a sceptre of iron.  jt
