An extremely competent BIBLICAL account of what I said or, a reasonable
proximity thereof, has been made on numerous occasions by Bill Taylor. You,
David, are pridefully trapped in YOUR OWN THEOLOGICAL CONCOCTION. Prattle
on to the amen corner if you wish but, please don't berate those who see
YOUR teaching for the delusion it is.
You've always appeared as someone with a good and caring heart, David.
You've also appeared as someone, as self taught people often do in churches
of their own construction, who will alwas remain convinced of your
Scripture-twisting no matter what anyone would say in response.
Be satisfied with having created both a forum and a church as platforms for
your own teaching.

A better yard stick to use would be the Bible.

The fact of the matter is this: "the Bible" in this
case is a shortened version of the phrase,
"according my understanding of the Bible" which
is - in this case - Lance (falsely accused) verses [sic]
Miller.
Please do not put words in my mouth. This is not what I meant at all.
What
is important is what the Bible actually says.
You and Lance follow the philosophy that we only have our understanding of
the Bible. Therefore you create strife and division in this discussion by
claiming that this is a discussion whereby it is Lance (falsely accused)
versus David Miller. Nonsense. What Lance or David Miller have to say is
not nearly so important as what God has to say. We must both turn our
eyes
heavenward and hear God's Word on the matter and agree with it.
Otherwise,
truth is unobtainable. The discussion degrades into Lance's understanding
versus David's understanding. Who cares? What does God say. That is
what
is important.
Lance presented a hopeless and faithless situation whereby every believer
participates inadequately and incompletely in the work of Christ everyday.
He has presented no Bible for his opinion because the Bible does not teach
this. If you or Lance think otherwise, make your case. We should both be
looking at God's Word and agreeing with it. I'm just trying to make it
clear that Lance speaks from himself rather than from the Word of God. I
hope to remind him of this so that he understands that some here do not
speak from themselves. They speak from the Logos of God. Some of us here
have a message of hope, a gospel of hope, that Jesus Christ has destroyed
the works of the devil. We can participate in him completely and
adequately, such that the power of sin is destroyed and we walk in
righteousness. Those who believe will be established, but those who doubt
will continue to sin.
Peace be with you.
David Miller.
