Speak for yourself JD. It is not a "joke" to me, since it is banned - I take it a little more seriously.

 

The right has no clue and virtually never backs off an ad hom.  The left knows exactly then they are being ad hom and usually do "repent."  

 

Is Christ divided?  Or do you see this as a "political" list?

 

Daivd can give three choices  --  uneducated, dishonest or "just plain stupid" and then (falsely) claim that this is not ad hom. 

 

This is his opinion - if you want to take up a personal offence over it then this is your problem JD. Not his.

 

And why does he not narrow the three choices?   Why didn't he?  God back and read of his logic.  

BECAUSE TO DO SO WOULD VIOLATE THE AD HOM RULE ON THIS FORUM.  David is an avowed legalist.  

 

You should know by now JD that I am not into logic so the hidden meaning you ascribe to DavidM escapes me.

However, I see him as a brother and take him at face value.  I accept his yes as yes and his no as no. If he

has this kind of hidden agenda I would have to hear it from him. 

 

As a result, he believes he can construct insults in such a way as to not go over the line, technically speaking....

when it is abundantly clear what he really meant.  

 

I don't believe this is so JD - DavidM walks in more fear of the Lord than to operate in such a manipulative

fashion. Why would he want to play these kinds of games all the while being aware that everything he does

and says is open and nothing hidden from the One with whom we all have to deal (Hebrews 4:13) He would

only be fooling himself.  In my opinion he is smarter than that.

 

He didn't narrow it down because he didn't need.   He believes all three about me.  Whatever.  JD 

 

All that is important at this point JD is what does God believe about you.  jt

Totally unacceptable explanation.  Poop and mud have entirely different characteristics.  Mud is a mixture of soil and water.  Poop can be a mixture of many things.  Poop, of course, can turn to soil over time, but not necessarily to mud.

Please come up with a different explanation, or you will be known as a glorbflad who ad homs.
